    ...upon further examination, it was determined that Oden has an issue with a non-weight bearing ligament. Oden has no symptoms and doesn't feel restricted, but the doctors are concerned with the fragility of the ligament.

    Oh and Oden over Durant will go down just like Bowie over Jordan as one of the worst draft decisions in NBA history.

    $1.5M, with insurance presumably covering 80% of it. Not a horrific risk. But it's game over for his career now. Drafted in '07, and he'll have played 82 games over the course of 5 seasons.

    Insurance will never again cover one of his contracts, and he'll essentially be starting from scratch with his development.

    I really feel sad to hear of this. He had the potential to become a solid center for many years if he had been healthy.
