You can't win a sweepstakes when you're not even involved. The guy has already laid out the teams he will play for and the Rockets weren't included. It is time to stop the wishing on a star B.S.

im sorry but kevin martins offense consists of jacking up 20 shots a game half of which are three point attempts. Anyone pure shooter in the league that shoots that many three point attempts can easily put up 20 points a game. Give courtney lee the minutes and he puts those numbers up with out jacking up contested shots on the perimeter all game. All i gotta say is where is kevin martin come clutch time. where is kevin martin when teams starting pressuring him on the ball. He cant create enough space, hes not quick enough to explode past a defender to the rim, his only upside was his ability to get foul calls which as we have all seen has pulled a disappearing act this season. Hes over rated and doesnt fit the scheme of what this team is about. HARD WORKING

Why would Josh Smith want to come here any more than Dwight Howard does? How does Josh Smith elevate us to championship contenders like Dwight would?

Bigger fish in the offseason? Isn't that dreaming for a star? The thing is, no one except lowry would be able to create their own shot. No one.

disagree courtney lee has the explosive speed to get around his defender and the jumping ability to shoot over tall post players.

And while yall are at it on the putting down of josh smith. Look at the numbers he is putting up this year and look at the noise atlanta is making in the league this year. Hes also a south paw which as we have learned with goran is hard to defend, especially in the post.

In his last 10 games he is averaging 26 points and around 50 percent shooting from the field. If he jacks up 20 shots a game and makes half of them ill take it.

You rip on kmart during clutch time. What exactly did lee do in crunch time last game? Who would we go to late in the game? Have lowry jack up contested 3s all 4th quarter?

ill take it also but when it starts effecting the team as a whole then that wbecomes the problem. i feel like im watching this tracy mcgrady offense all over again where we come down the court get kevin martin the ball off a screen watch him hold the ball for 10 seconds giving his usual pump fakes then jacking up a contested shot early in the shot clock. look how much better the team played offensively and how much better the ball moved around the two games kevin was out. we have the players to step up and provide offensively. what yall arent understanding is we lack the players to step up defensively.

Suggesting a restricted free agent in Javale Mcgee isn't really a realistic or viable target. Washington will most likely match any offer, if they don't, the idiotic team that nabs him overpaid.

martins attitude stinks, he runs around out there as if he doesnt care. Hes lazy all he wants to do is come down the court and shoot threes. It was one thing when he was getting toam the line cause hes was bringing another aspect to the team. Now hes no better then an anthony morrow.

You have to be realistic about these things.

The lesson here is: Don't ever dream of getting a superstar, or OP won't like you.

Thanks for the great thread and great points. I now see the light and will stop hoping for my team to improve.

LOL, KMart is an elite player in this league offensively and a great 2nd/3rd choice on a championship contender with a legit big man. To compare him to Morrow is preposterous. He is arguably a top 7 SG in this league today. Where is Morrow?

Let the fans indulge in escapism, it's gotten to the point of ridiculous fun. That you cannot turn your eyes away. Even though the Rockets chance of landing Dwight Howard are about as small as the "my father and I share the same vein shaft" poster landing a woman with an actual pulse, instead of persistent in pining after a "so-called" 8 or 10 who is probably on edge right now.

In Dwight's case, there's a remote possibility that he could look at Houston as being a plausible options, but the Rockets really don't have the pieces to draw, such a deal during the season. Though, he could sign here as a free agent, if Orlando waits it out.
