JR Smith. The guy can flat out score the ball and create for himself. Something we can use.

 

I wonder if we can do a sign and trade with nuggets for chandler.

Say we offer up Morris as a big part of the package and whatever to make the finances work. He will make roughly 8-9 million a year I am sure.

 

we should honestly offer up Scola and one of parsons, bud, or morris (if we have to) to the nuggets either in a 3 way or 2 way sign and trade.

If we stand no chance at D will or Howard hes the next best reason able option. He is a high quality defender at the 3 and can score and block shots. This will let kevin b kevin and just score. Plus by moving scola we have patterson move into a larger role (increasing d)

I think DM needs to figure out if we have a shot at dwill or howard before Chandler hits the market...if not we do what it takes to get this guy.

I think we should not worry about cap space in 2012 and worry about it now. I think Wilson Chandler is the best player we will be able to add via trade or free agency between this year and next.

Morey is clearing space for 2012 free agency, so if he signed any of these guys it would only be for the remainder of this season. The only guy accepting a half-year offer for a pro-rated $2.5m or less from us is maybe Mills if we're offering more than everyone else. Seems like a moot point.

 

None of those guys. The only free agent I want the Rockets to sign this season is:
