You posted a poll. What's your motive here? People don't ask such questions without some point to doing so. What are you trying to determine/prove? Trying to validate your faith? Trying to validate your lack of faith? Trying to prove the Internet is full of heathens who will burn in hellfire for all eternity? What?
I believe in "God" but I don't believe Christianity is correct. But I think there is something greater that pushed the first domino.
Should be three options: 1) Theism: A personal god 2) Deism: Non-personal god. The uncaused cause. 3) Atheism: No belief in god. I'm an atheist, but I don't disagree so much with deism. I just find it silly to use a theistic term "god" to describe the uncaused cause since we don't know what it was...
4? (...you say, "YES!") <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/zesHZze8s7M" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I voted yes but I don't believe in any idea of "god" put forward by any world religion. "God" is just the word we have in english for it, but "god" in my view is not any sort of biological entity capable of human emotions and communication (like is described in most major religions). God, in my view, is the life force permeating thru everything in the universe. Kind of hard for me to explain really, my man Ghandi does a much better job in this recording, which pretty much sums up my view: <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/EtWr04MBGYI" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

You know something DD? I'm going to be very, very happy when I'm in heavan enjoying a cup of lemonade while you're meeting the DEVIL AT THE GATES OF HELL and getting your seating assignment.
I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.
