The band's name is F----ed Up. The album name is "David Comes to Life." I bought it because Spin said it was the #1 album last year (link); they were not wrong. It's the best punk album I've heard come out in a decade. It's a damn punk opera, about love, love lost, love reclaimed, and love lost again. If you've broken up with anyone recently, you will play this album. And you will feel it crystallize your pain, your anger, into something joyous, joyous yet ephemeral. And you will play it another 40 times in a row, just to feel that razor's edge again, each time. It is, in short, awesome.
