This is OBVIOUSLY not a trade that is even being talked about outside of this random speculative, just posting it because of his mention and wondering if you'd take this trade.

    Lock if posted.

Obviously I don't think anyone on here would take Boozer for Martin, but would anyone take Noah straight up for Martin?

I think I would just for size, and we have Lee anyways, wouldn't be too hard to find another SG. It seems to be a lot of work to get size, so if a decent big man happens to be available you get it.

So, if Rose makes the two free throws and wins on the road without Deng, then what would the media being saying?

Why would we do this? We have the same player as Noah in Dally. Need a scorer to put points on the board. If we didn't have Dally I would want Joke.

Two centers are better than one.

Like the Bulls would give up Noah......

And now half of you wouldn't trade Martin for one of the best young centers in the league.

    Wow.

Martin for Noah is a dumb trade for us. There is no logic in it. Absolutely none.

    Done Deal!

Noah's contract over next 5 years:

    $12,000,000
    $11,300,000
    $11,100,000
    $12,200,000
    $13,400,000

AND WE STILL HAVE CAP SPACE??????????

I'd trade Noah for Martin straight up in a heartbeat. Noah would immediately become our best big man. I also think starting Lee at the 2 would be an upgrade over Kmart. Kmart is a great scorer and IMO would be a great 6th man with his instant offense. However, his defense could be the worst in the league.

You homers need to realize that Dally is not the long term solution. Noah is one of the few legit centers who can be. They can either keep him or trade him because he has good value.

Martin is not a long term solution either. They tried to trade him for a 32 year old all-star.
