    Let him sign a two year deal somewhere else. Then hopefully we'll be good enough to be in the playoff race in three years where he could be an important free agent acquisition. There is no point in having him here now because he's just blocking a spot for a potential young arm.

    ESPN 130.3 radio is reporting that Oswalt is up here in Dallas today to meet with the Texas Rangers. Supposedly, he already has an offer on the table from the St. Louis Cardinals.

    Villar still has value, and don't blame Oswalt for Wade trading Anthony Gose (#57 on MiLB's top 100) for Brett Wallace.
