damn, 100 mph? Im guessing he's exaggerating, but getting t-boned at even 50mph has to hurt...

It sounds like he was driving, maybe he didn't drink enough to be legally drunk?

Looks like it was at Lousiana and Lamar in downtown. Who the hell drives 100 in downtown? I can barely make it up to 40 mph.

I hope he really is OK. Sometimes, after accidents like this, you really don't feel it until a day or two later. Sadly, I've had experience with that.

Ive heard this from some where, it may be wrong.

After 11 pm an officer automatically assumes 1 in 3 drivers are likely to have consumed some ammount of alcohol. After 12am, 1 in 2 drivers are likely to have drank something. It kinda makes sense, i mean who drives that late? Either your going to work the grave yard, or your looking to drink or get home from drinking.

just something to keep in mind when you make those late night outings.

Have a DD( not dadakota), a cab take you out, or drive the speed limit to avoid the HARSH penalty of a DWI.
