They're not very good at all. They're just lucky they have some good young legs off the bench to pick up their awful starting lineup. That will help them possibly make the playoffs but they won't be favored to beat anyone, including us.

This team is a well-oiled machine.

I thought there would be a lot of growing pains, but there really haven't.

Lots of other teams seem to be having chemistry issues though. (Lakers).

I'm still not convinced. The next month will provide a tougher test. True colors will shine.

Things are certainly looking up for us, but I still think we are a good trade away from any real contention.

Something similar to the Wallace to Portland trade last year.

I'd LOVE to get Batum in Houston. Not sure what it'd take though...
Maybe Flynn, Bud (or lee) and Jhill?? Idk.

    Lowry/Dragic
    Martin/Bud or Lee
    Batum/Parsons
    Scola/Pat/Morris
    Daly/Pat

    Would be scary IMO

Trades should be named after the best player traded. Right now, that would be Gallinari and when Winston Chandler can come back from China, maybe he will take that mantle instead.

As long as lowry plays at an all star level, and guys like parsons, bud, PPAT are improving this season will be a success regardless of record.

San Antonio has @Dallas tomorrow and @Memphis Monday, followed by a huge home game against the Rockets this Wednesday.

so we'll be 5th tomorrow, but something's got to give

Grizzlies and Lakers are sitting 9th and 10th. Somethings gotta give. Im banking Utah and Clippers will get kicked out of top 8.

Im not sold on Clippers. No matter how much talent they have on their roster. It is so imbalanced.

    1. They dont have another true wing besides Butler, Gomes is a 3/4 tweener while Foye is a 1/2 tweener.
    2. They dont have any quality on their bench besides Mo WIlliams.
    3. CP3, Billups, Reggie Williams are injury prone.

Yes, you are right. ON the other hand, most of West teams has similar statistics. Currently west is destroying east in these west vs. east games.

Everyone knows how hard it is to win at Utah. 12 games at home (with Portland on Monday) to only 6 on the road. They are going to come back to earth.

Looking at the standings there seems to be 4 teams completely out already. Well the season still young but just looking at a quick glance.
