Lots of players get into bball late in their lives because they are freak athletes. Duncan, Hakeem etc. When you start playing ball really doesn't matter that much for big men. Maybe they don't have high enough bball i.q.'s to succeed but that likely has little to do with when they started playing. I'd like to see Pat starting over an aging and declining Scola but that isn't happening because this organization refuses to pick a real direction to go in.
