This is what we call the Utah Jazz school of politics. Throw elbows on one end of the court then flop and cry on the other.

While this is true, I pointed it out just to illustrate that when you're dealing with buffet style Christians (i.e. religious politics), you can fully expect them to toss aside the parts of the bible that call for things like forgiveness, the golden-rule, tolerance, etc. and instead latch onto things which drive voters and sell to an audience (i.e. most of the really controversial, less-pleasant things). Newt is smart, and exploitative enough to know this. Romney will learn, in time, maybe.

i can only assume you don't know anyone who has ever had a late term miscarriage. it's incredibly painful, and what the Santorums did is exactly what doctors and mental health professionals advise a family to do. everyone, siblings and parents, needs to grieve, it's part of the process.

that you think it's "weird" only exposes the moral vacuity of whatever "faith" (marxism?) you subscribe to.

To go after how they handled a miscarriage with their family is beyond ridiculous. It's liberal tolerance, understanding and hypocrisy at its finest. This is a big part of why I will hate liberals with a mighty passion until the day I die. You just ****ing suck.

I've had siblings and others I've known who've had late term miscarriages. No doctor or mental health professional ever counseled them to bring home the fetus for people to play with it.

To grieve yes, but to play with it? That was never counseled. I'd be curious to know what experience you've had with mental health professionals and medical professionals counseling anyone to do this.

Really? You hate a good portion of your fellow Americans? Because of that?

Do you hate the Repubs who attacked Graeme Frost?

Well, you might say, the kid inserted himself into politics and the price you have to pay for that is for wingnut blogs to publish your address, question your motives, call you a liar, and stalk you all over town, so no, I don't hate the Repubs who attacked a pre-teen.

Well, I might counter, the only reason we know about how the Santorum family handled their miscarriage is because Rick wanted it out to appeal to the pro-life contingent. It was glaringly political. There's no reason we would know about this otherwise. The vast majority of families, even political ones, would keep something like that private.

If you intentionally make something political, it ceases to be private. If you want it out so you can garner support from one group, don't be surprised when another questions it.

Climb down off your high horse.

Liberal spout "tolerance" and all that crap but all they really want is one thing - other people's money. They are nothing more than sick, morally bankrupt hypocrites.

I suppose she was forgiven and therefore even higher on the family values scale?

I also think it is strange that Santorum would bring it up and talk about it in public if it was so private and painful.

That was not a response to my post and your language is hurtful to me. That's OK though. I'm a tolerant guy and I understand you're feeling a little out-of-sorts watching your Conservative candidates self-immolate. I'm here if you need to talk.

I feel honored that someone of your ilk hates me.

By the way, I have not received your check this month.
