Dang, seems like yesterday that Charlie Thomas bought the Rockets for a reputed $100 million if I remember correctly. Now look at the value.

I would question Dallas as being ranked ahead of Houston...otherwise the rankings seem about right to me.

Doesn't mean that much to me, we have nothing to show for it since the double clutch years except for: Yao, Deke, 22 game winning streak and taking LA to 7 games in 2009.

No wonder the owners were so adamant about a harder cap. The Rockets are worth $200 million more than the Grizzlies. Without a hard cap, we could have easily stolen away M Gasol. And then the Lakers are worth $500 million more than us.

I thought the Clippers would end up higher given their market, their favorable arena deal, and their current roster. Also surprised to see Atlanta and Memphis to be lower than New Orleans and Charlotte.

Sucks seeing Philly that low as well, horrible fans in general, but loyal.

Les is a way better business man than an owner.

Wow. LA is worth almost twice as much as we are? That's startling. Does the cap even do a thing to them?...

I think that has more to do with maintaining payroll flexibility than anything. We've definitely been in the top 10 frequently.

We've actually dropped in the rankings, likely due to Yao's retirement.

Mark Cuban lost 3.9 million on the Mavs last year?

The rockets had the 6th highest revenue, yet were close to the bottom of the NBA in attendance.

Advertisement and low cost of services. When you get hand a beautiful areana pay by taxpayers is a plus.

Dallas made 166 spend 170, Houston made 150 spend 132 simple math. But I don't care if the lose or make money at the end this teams are like toys for this billionaires owners.

Mark Cuban just spend 3.9 million in a championship that is nothing compare for what they spend in cars, boats, house, planes and all the luxury they are use to.
