Kyle Lowry should be the leader of this team for quite awhile.

Kevin Martin is getting to the line more and his defense has improved a bit, but this leopard isn't going to change his spots. His history of injuries, lack of defense, contract, and Courtney Lee make him expendable. We already tried to move him in the deal for Gasol and I would expect Morey to push the button soon enough....either before the deadline or at next year's draft to improve that Knicks pick.

The 3 K's are our leaders.

the thing that separates kmart from all other top scorers in the league is his tendency to disappear in the 4th quarter. This is huge and unfortunate at the same time.

He can light it up with the best of them, his jumper is pure but he is not a guy that can create his own shot consistently, which is the reason for his 4th quarter struggles.

K-Mart would be the PERFECT second option on a team, next to someone who can perform in the clutch night in night out.

False. He has a lot more deflections and he looks like he is rebounding harder. Instead of the 1 or 2 Rebs a game, he's getting 4,5,6. Much improved on defense. It's still not good, but clearly better.

I’m pointing out the fact that you are quick to take credit for calling things out when you were massively wrong in Hill and Thabeet being our answer to the center position.

I like Martin a lot, he is one of the better shooting guards in the league, though he would be best paired with an elite small forward who can kick out to Martin on double teams.

Martin is best offensively when he has a mismatch or is left open.

We started winning before Martin went on this tear of his, and we have closed out many games while Martin was playing pretty "meh", or not even playing at all. (Such as NOH and SAS.)

Martin is great and all, but this is obviously Lowry's team. Both the eye tests and the math tests will prove it.

The players that aren't are not the ones you want.

Go on a nice win streak and now Martin is a superstar to build around. Interesting. We'll see what happens if we lose again. Hope I'm wrong! But Martin is not someone to build around.

I'd feel better if we stopped taking every players initials and adding his number to it as if that is a suitable nickname: km12? Dh12, cp3

As long as he has plenty of defensive help around him, I definitely don't want to lose KMart unless it's part of THE deal that brings us our superstar. Dude can flat out score.

I feel a little dejected that we're moving further and further away from that lottery pick.

I was wrong about Thabeet being in the rotation. I never said he was the answer. I had hopes. As far as Hill, he is at least in the rotation.

You are missing the point. I did not say that we should build around Martin. What i am saying and have been saying is that the team has been built around Martin for over a year now. They are 25-14 since the All-star break last season. They are still beating teams that, according to some of you superstar stalkers, they shouldn't beat. A team built around Martin is just not as bad as many of you expected.

you also said Thabeet should start
I bought a lotto ticket, I think I'll win, then tomorrow I'll win again.

Kevin Martin is playing like the efficient scorer that he's known to be for his entire career.

Would I give him up for Dwight Howard? Oh hell yes
