if i were mark jackson, anybody that throws a behind the back pass would grab some pine. as much as they turn the ball over, it crazy that make lets them get away with it.

Steph Curry is a horrifically bad defender. He's nothing more than tissue paper. He is also worthless unless he's shooting and hitting. I've never thought highly of him and that will continue. Too careless, too lax and not intense enough.

I used to think he'd be the next great point guard. But ever since Nelly left GS, Curry has regressed dramatically. It seems like the dude doesn't have his head on straight anymore, not to mention the constant ankle injury.

Grizzlies are still horrible at D and the turnovers as of late didn't help either.. Why were they even chucking up 3s when they were down 1 with about a minute still left in the clock?

Mark Jackson is a horrible coach in this game. He panicked with 10 minutes left in the game with his team lead cut from 16 to 12. He inserted his team's starting lineup back in after them playing the entire 3rd quarter and resting 2 minutes; thus, at the end of the game, his team, already a bad ball-handling and decision-making team, is butt tired. What happens? They end up turning the ball over continuously, while not being able to grab any rebounds. The second unit was playing fine in the first half and Mark Jackson just shot himself in the foot. If you have a dumb team (like the Warriors), you have to elevate your coaching in order to win. You can't make dumb coaching decisions too, or you'll just be a losing team.

Mark Jackson also has no control over his team. I want him to do well but the way the Warriors came completely unglued (just like in past years) shows he has made little progress so far. I guess blame the lockout somewhat.

Warriors have to blow up that roster and change the mentality there or the wheels will spin for nothing. If it means trading Curry, they need to do it. He's softer than butter and is a big part of their problem.

The solution for GS is simple. Bring back Don Nelson and enjoy the insanity.

Demarcus Cousins playing much better since the coaching change.

Too bad the team still sucks

Even when the warriors were up by 20, I was like this team (meaning the warriors) were playing horrible. I've never seen so many behind the back passes and lazy play. They don't play to win, they just try to be flashy.

At this point, Jeremy Lin would have tighter control over the offense than Curry does right now. But of course, no one is going to play an undrafted pg over a 1st round pick.

Curry and Ellis are gifted scorers with bad PG abilities...but the Warriors keep throwing them out there together. The injured bigs hurts them too, but they shoot themselves in the feet to often. Perhaps Nelson would go super small with a 3 guard lineup or something.

I'll repeat something I've said on several occasions: Beating the Mavs in the first round was the worst thing that ever happened to the Warriors franchise. It put Nellie up on a pedestal and made him an untouchable king there. He was allowed to impose his dumb no-defense smallball garbage for 3-4 more years which killed any positives they got from winning the one playoff series. It set the franchise back several years and they still haven't recovered.

Mark Jackson is a former PG who understands taking care of the ball. He can talk about defense to the press all he wants. But his own PG might be the worst defender at his position in the NBA. The Warriors are the loosest, most casual team I've seen in recent memory. Nobody seemed angry during their meltdown tonight.

It's going to be a long season for them. That was disgusting.

They should just go ahead and amnesty Biedrins next summer. His mopey, depressing lack of confidence kills them.

Man, coming into the league Curry looked like the perfect PG. I feel being in the GS system: no repercussion for bone headed plays, has devolved his abilities into pickup ball, shoot first garbage.

Another clutch performance by Rudy Gay to lead his team to victory

Conley is quietly having an all-star caliber season himself. It looks to me like he and Lowry are pretty much neck to neck in terms of who's having the better season.

that's a good observation durvasa. people would laugh at me if i said conley was playing on an allstar level. but he is. the grizzlies are cursed/blessed with a team full of underrated players. they might not be the very best at their position, but (gasol, rudy, conley) aren't far off from the guys who you'd consider the best at the position. we got a team full of second tier talent. with 1 guy (randolph) first tier.
