from what i noticed from kyle lowry couple games ago made me realize his ineffecive play of not closing the game. two cases was the 15ft. step back jumper near the three point line against portland and last nights play in which he dribbles the ball too much that almost killed the shot clock possesion.

would mchale trust lowry to finish the game after couple of games???

    K-Low. No question.

    His nickname should be Dagger

    Kyle "The Dagger" Lowry.

Kyle should have the ball in his hands at the end of the game. We have good shooters that need to be ready because I really like Kyle penetrating and looking to either get fouled or kick out.

Lowry is still improving at it. He's got the step-back 3 pointer down. Now he just has to get the Paul Pierce-patented step-back midrange down, as he can't finish in the paint against the trees. He's not the most physically equipped to close, but with his heart, anything's possible.

There are maybe 10 more clutch shooters in the league than Lowry.

I agree. I think this is an advantage for us, as we are more unpredictable.

How about when he pulls back the dribble and shoots a bomb in the defenders face?

If I remember correctly, the end of the Blazers and Spurs had Kyle in an ISO with everyone backing off.

Kyle needs to come off a high-post screen or some variation of that. That way Kyle has the option of kicking it to the screener if he doesn't have a good look.

OR, perhaps you can have Dragic handling the ball and have Kyle and KMart coming off screens from the opposite ends and Dragic passing to either one of them.

We don't really have a guy that can create his own good shot, outside of Dragic I guess, but he is too inconsistent.

Lowry is a 3pter or drive it all the way guy and the drive doesn't work late in clocks...so I say let Lowry drive and find an open man.

So the answer is....whomever has an open look.
