do you know the cops have a camara that can tell if the driver associated has warrants. they can just scan all the cars that are around them

A shocking ruling from this Supreme Court, and thank goodness.

 

I don't remember if this was brought up earlier but considering that anyone who has a smart phone already has a GPS tracker and thanks to things like Foursquare people are enabling themselves to be tracked. Also with OnStar many cars come built in with a GPS tracker. Currently can the police access those without a warrant?
