Burger Tex on Barker Cypress is excellent. They offer Asian/Korean cuisine meals as well. Go for the bulgogi burger and grab some dumplings while you're at it. Everything they make is delicious and price isn't bad either.
Bread is definitely different. Did you go double? You pretty much have to in order to even out the veggies.
Christian's and Bubba's Texas Burger Shack. I've never tried Pappas, but I'd be just fine with only those two for the rest of my life.
There are far too many burger joints in this world. And of course every one of them is the best according to someone.
I've been wanting to try Burger Guys but don't want to take the drive from the Med center all the way to Highway 6 and Westhiemer, but they are opening one up in downtown Feb 1. Can't wait, heard alot of good things about it.
Sam's Deli and Diner in Katy. Had one of these bad boys and it looked just like the picture. They put a ton of bacon on that thing as well as all the cheese. It kind of like eating a cow that is making out with a pig. Also they have blue bell ice cream shakes and lots of sports on TV
My favs, many of which have been mentioned. #1 is Petrol Station Bernies Burger Bus Beavers Zilla Street Eats Zelko Tiny Boxwood's Christian's Tailgate Some of the ones I didn't think were all that. Sammy's Wild Game Little Bigs Rudyards
