Whooooooooo. After a rough start, we're in the playoffs. Of course this season will be very volatile but it feels good to see that #8 next to the Rockets.

I'm on Cloud 6. Hoping NY gets on a 6-game losing streak to match the Rockets 6-game winning streak.

I think some of you underestimate they how much superstars will want to come here as we continue to win, and how easily traded they can be for Lottery. The NY first is looking way better than the Minn. that landed Paul.

Pro-tankers are such idiots... Glad the Rockets are playing well. I hope they manage to get into the playoffs and surprise a lot of people. Will be something great to build on.

Exactly. Plus, we're going to have a lot of cap room, and there is just about ZERO evidence of intentionally tanking ever helping a team win a championship. You always try to make your team as good as you possibly can. You just don't mortgage your future unless you're on the verge of a championship (which the Rockets are not and have not done).

I'm not pro-tank, but I can still lament losing that pick.

I suppose we were going to lose it eventually.

Please name me 1 winning playoff team without a superstar that traded for or signed a free agent superstar.

Even if we get to keep our draft pick, odds are, it would be mediocre.

Its way too late to tank now and this team fights too hard for us to tank.

Our best shot at a good draft pick is for NY's to be #6

Ooops didn't read your post correctly. To respond, 04 pistons landed Wallace? Does that count.

I love the rockets but I really hope we dont make the playoffs this year. We desperately need that high draft pick either to get a prospect or for trade value.
