    its a personnel problem. They had trouble scoring the ball under Phil too granted not as bad as this year. Scoring is down throughout the league anyways

    the lakers consistently had a good offensive rating under phil.

    even in the "smush parker" era their rating was 8th of 30

    right now it's 19th of 30
