Ive been ready before the start of the season. I want two way players if they arent stars and even after todays game I want Martin moved. Although under McHale he seems to be playing a little more defense although a little more from 0 is only a little. I would really like a Martin and Scola for Granger or IA type move.
Scola isnt even that good of a rebounder with his low hops and having big mad Dally on the team shows that. he has always been a lucky bounce type rebounder.
http://nyfwc.com/?p=3359 ^Interesting coming directly from Boston. If they really keep tumbling Pierce may indeed be on the block. While I have no desire to bring Pierce into the fold in Houston (37 year old Pierce for $15m... yikes), I would not hesitate to get in on a three way trade with any of the other proposals. Of course I'd rather trade Martin than Lee (salary reasons, age reasons, defense reasons) but that is not a deal breaker, and of course as with all trades I think the Rockets should be willing to include any player/draft pick (please read that correctly, I do not mean ALL players/draft picks) combo not including Lowry. Something like this would make me scream like a school girl: http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=75ckk5f Lee is the only player I'd be sad to see go (I like Scola a fair amount... but I can't see him living up to his contract 2 years from now)
Kyle Lowry needs a more steady backup and an elite pick'n'roll partner. So, lets trade Dragic and Williams to NO for Jarret Jack and send Scola, Patterson, Martin and draft picks to Minny for Love (if he refuses to re-up in Minny) + contract fillers Darko, Brad Miller and Webster. In other words, lets get Jack off the Hornets and make Love come to Houston.
^^ I see both teams rejecting those proposals... I only would trade Goran to not let him leave for free this summer. I trust him as a player, he's a winner, a playoff player, I'm convinced of it.
http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=82m2ago Lowry/Dragic Lee/TWill/Shumpert Fields/Parsons/Morris Stat/Patterson/Adrien Dalembert/Hill/Thabeet Sign Greg Smith and wait for Howard. Only make this trade if Howard has agreed to play alongside Lowry and Stat. The problem is the NYK first round pick 2012
I think most likely trade partners are Mil, Phx, and Was. Would Miami trade for Scola if Bosh played C?
just wondering, is there anyway that the rockets could make a deal with the suns to get markieff morris? i think it would be extremely exciting to see the morris bros. on the same team. markieff is playing reallly well right now, so he will be a high value target, i would personally trade scola for markieff. i would have no problem with that, whatsoever.
I really see the Suns is our trading partner..I'm ready to give away only Scola but not with K-Mart...our scoring would suffer..we would definitely get Childress together with DM's target if we gonna deal with them.
Apparently Devin Harris is on the trading block for the Jazz. Rockets trade- Martin, Dragic, Bud, and NY pick Jazz trade- Harris, Kanter
idk about kmart yet, he still doesn't seem like the martin of old. and it worries me, he has been playing somewhat well for the last couple of weeks, so if we are gonna trade him, it should be now when his value is somewhat high.
could this ever happen? i wouldn't wanna give up courtney lee though http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine
Do ya'll think the NOH would do this? Better yet would David Stern "let it happen?" Martin & Hill ...for... Okafor & Henry + Henry was recently traded and, as a result, he cannot be traded until Mar 4 + Trade Deadline - Mar 15:th at 3 PM ET It could still happen Thoughts?
http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=84cjo2f bored. never gonna happen. Lowry, Lee, Parsons, Gasol, Dalembert with Jackson coming off the bench as the 6th man. Bucks reconstruct their front court with scola/bogut. Lakers get a decent point guard and get Martin who can come off the bench. This is kind of a bad trade for the lakers but idk what else to do to make it more balanced.
