Dalembert still seems to be having trouble anticipating passes from his teammates, but that should improve in time and make the offense even more dynamic. I guess his days playing with the Kings conditioned him to watch his teammates take jumpshots.

I'll take the second part and leave the first.

I think C. Lee's return, plus the recovery of Patterson is probably going to get Hill out of the rotation soon if McHale is serious about going with 9 guys.

Guys are already complaining about Scola playing center. If we take Hill completely out of the rotation, then obviously Scola is going to get even more run in the middle.

Not necessarily, Patterson can be center. He is just as tall and muscular as Scola and jumps better.

No need to increase Scola's minutes. Play Patterson more and get Dalembert some more minutes too if continues to play like he has been.

I agree, ideally you'd want a real backup C. Heck, I'd be open to playing Thabeet some as a backup C just to try something different.

But it looks like Jeff Adrien is ahead of Thabeet in the rotation.

So basically, replace Hill with Adrien. I'm for that. However, it's going to destroy any trade value Hill has.

Hill playing basketball in front of a camera will also destroy his trade value.

As it is, Hill probably has very little value now. OTOH, if you play him for the purposes of showcasing him, his trade value may be negative.

In all seriouness, I think Hill has a substantial body of work where we can say he is a bust, and probably never get it. Look at DD, he pretty much threw the towel on Hill. The team will probably drop him after this season. Let Hill be a project for some other team.

He just sick in da head. Highest upside appears to be Mikki Moore. Downside might be Eddie Griffin..eek

Yates made an appearence!! Good thing jacoby wasn't there
    What I saw this game:
Dalembert looks very good so far with great d and a consistent jump shot
lowry has definitely improved his 3 pt shooting and his shooting is no longer a "fluke." Parsons knows what he is doing out there and plays smart on both ends of the court. Oh and we are .500!!!!!

Hill lost me today. He was playing matador with their guards driving to the hoop. I was screaming at my TV: "You're 6'10, *******! Why are you jumping AWAY from the guy??!?!!"

Whatever. He's in the Aaron Brooks Zone now. It's cheesy puffs time for you Jordan Hill:

According to Bill and Clyde, he's had the flu for the last 2 games.

I am very pleasantly surprised by Dally's 10-15 ft jumper. It's been very effective. Didn't know he had it in him.

I am very scared by Dally's 10-15 ft jumper. Because Dally has been known throughout his career as having a chronic case of the stupids. I can see him continuing to fire that thing up there over and over and it clanging and banging all over the place. So, although his J has been a blessing so far, I hope it's not a long term curse either.

I agree I never knew Dalmerbet had a midrange. His defensive presence is definitely his strong suit

Flu or no flu, he still isn't very good. Dude plays average man defense (at best), terrible help defense, below average offense. He's had plenty of opportunities, he just can't guard the good pf/c or score on them. I've given up on him. Id rather unleash thabust and give him a chance.
