We all know Wade could have went after a head coaching job elsewhere. We are also very happy that he stayed here in Houston. Now, I'd like to know what his salary should look like. Personally, I wouldn't mind him being one of the highest paid coordinators in the business, if not, the highest paid, since he's basically H.C. #2. So, what do you guys think?

I've said it before, but he's already the highest paid DC. I assume that there are some OC's who get paid more but I don't know what that gap would be.

Pay Wade the lowest salary of a NFL head coach.

How much do you think a Billionaire would pay for a playoff berth/win?

I think he has earned his money. We all know the D was the strength, at least after Shaub went down.

i think Wade was the single greatest difference. We have seen Kubiak be the same Kubiak. Kubiak hasnt changed a bit. the difference is clear and its Wade Phillips.

I love watching this defense. Last year I would cringe after every play, hoping a call would bail the defense out. This last game totally made me fall in love with the defense. They beat up one of the most physical teams in football...if only...jacoby...well lets not get into....

    what was the question again?
