a year ago, the entire city demanded a pink slip for the native houstonian. today, he comes home to throngs of fans after a road loss in a divisional showdown. and honestly, that game was there to be had. as great as wade phillips has been, i believe kubiak has been even better. this guy is going to be a superbowl winning coach in the near future, today was the end of his first big step towards greatness. i personally want to thank him.
with the hand he was dealt (all the injuries on offense especially), you couldn't have asked for a better result. Texans will do some damage come next year.
If Cowher or Gruden or whoever took over this team and accomplished the same thing Kubiak did, under the same circumstances, they would have been COY. With Kubiak, some fans today are still saying he should be fired. UNBELIEVABLE
