Sullinger grew an inch from last year. He measured out at 6'10" this season (with a 7'1" wingspan). He'll be a solid 4 in the NBA (much better than Derrick Williams IMO)

    Say Hello to Brandon Roy

When this guy dropped 40 at me, I thought "Damn, he has no respect for me at all" - Not Trevor Ariza

You don't need to have a great athleticism to be a dominant player in this league if you're smart and talented.

Sullinger is not like D.Williams at all. Williams was a great athlete with the range and skills to play some 3. Sullinger is a pure PF with unimpressive mobility and shortcomings in athleticism. Williams had major questions about which position he'd translate best into, Sullinger doesn't.

For Sullinger, think of a poor man's Kevin Love. And I would pay little attention to measurements at these academies, they're almost always 1-2 inches off.

I don't mean to derail the thread, but when I searched YouTube for Meyers Leonard videos, this came up on the right hand side as a related video lol:

out of this lot i would say i likekidd-gilchrist and robinson the most...that being said you have to think that morey will want the size of leonard....

if it were my pick i would choose kidd gilchrist... he hustles and is good on d.... he might not be a polished shooter but he can improve on that in the next level....a solid defender on the wing that can defend the elite is definatly needed...

Drummond is not a top 2 prospect. Davis is currently the number 1 prospect and is by no means a lock.

Anthony davis is widely considered to be the #1 pick and is pretty close to being concrete.... the only reason he isnt concrete at number1 is because of drummond....

    Davis IS the #1prospect
    Drummond IS the #2prospect

Find me ANY mock draft other then yours that says any different and id be shocked and would eat crow...

This was often said about Marcus Morris as well. Then we saw him play in the short preseason and he showed good lateral mobility.

Trust me the reason we have him in the D League is not his LQ, it's because he needs to learn the system and there's way to many SF and PFs ahead of him at the time on the depth chart. Before some smart ass comes back with that post.

This to me is the most over emphasized skill on here, I understand it's important to stay in front of your man and be able to play good-great team defense (see Kevin Martin as an example) but some have great to quality lateral quickness, and if you don't know how to use it (ie T-Will) whats the point in even trying. Defense is all about will, and if you have a will you definitely have a way, just not T-Will.

I like Brad Beal a lot. Anyone know if he can create his own shot at the next level?

EXACTLY! W e need guys that at the very least have the potential to be superstars. And the taller the better. We already have a team full of NBA ready players.

Brandon Roy was pretty damn athletic before his knee injuries... His dunks were beyond nasty...

But I agree with the sentiment...

We need a big man that wants to and can do something around the basket.

    Lamb all the way.

I like Robinson and Sullinger A LOT but we don't need either of those guys. Lamb fits exactly what we need in my estimation -- a shooting guard who can create for himself. Guy is and will be a stud.

Wouldn't mind snagging him and Leonard to go with Donuts and Llull. Talk about your hypothetical rookie classes. Sheesh!

Rockets are not bad enough for those picks. They will be drafting at 12-14 more than likely, unless they trade Scola/Martin/Lowry midseason.

On the list, Sully & Robinson are good but undersized PF's & we have enough of them. We also don't need a 2 or 3, although I wouldn't be upset with Barnes. We really need height, length & athleticism. Perry Jones I'd take for a 6-11 4 or even 3. My #1 choice on the list is Leonard since he's a 7 foot center & could really develope under McHale. Also he's the only 1 on the list I think will be around when we draft.
