The Packers will probably do the franchise and trade thingy after Flynn works out a new contract with the team that's trading for him. Washingto and KC are the most likely landing spots for Flynn. IMHO
Ryan is just like his Dad, he's got the brain and talent of a top head coach; but the personality of a position coach: you can tell he's just a locker room guy who bull****s with all the players and remembers just what it's like to be one of them. He's lucky to have learned from some his Dad's bigger mistakes. Glanville on the other hand should have probably been a great high school or decent college coach; someone with just enough smarts, personality and moral flexibility to put together a winning program.
This guy is terrible. Worst tools ever, how he was a 5th overall pick in the first round just surprises me.
