it is such a shame. At the falcons game I had a falcons fan sitting next to me with his jersey and hat. He was a nice guy and was a good sport the entire game. After the game some drunk guy started yelling mean as hell things at him for no damn reason. Just pathetic

    Great TMAC3.

We are asking everyone to wear BATTLE RED at the game.

We want to really stand out. Lot's of people are going to the Luckie's at the Power Plant to watch the Saturday games. There is a Texan's tailgate in Lot O starting at 10 on Sunday.

    Follow @HoustonTexans on twitter updates.

I'll be wearing my BATTLE RED #56.

I very much admire fans going on the road in the opposing stadiums . . .You don't have a favorable atmosphere and often have to hear from the drunks.

I live in Nashville (currently due to jobs, plan to move back one day), and I heard it from several hillbilly loons behind me . . . annoying as hell

    very cool. have a blast.

I was last there (Obryki's) in October, I'm glad I got a last taste of these crabcakes and steamed crabs... I still like Regi's in Federal Hill but I was often told The Rusty Scupper is excellent as well.

there's a bar in Fells Point that serves Shiner on Tap- Max's Taphouse.

I compare it to New Orleans when people ask me. its known for being rough because it has some pretty mean ghettos . its not known or being rough for a traveling sports fan, who ought to have a great time this weekend.

Can't make it to Baltimore, but if the Texans win and the Broncos manage to win, I will be selling my kidney to raise money for an AFC championship game ticket. Represent the Texans well fellas.

Yeah, if there is one negative of the texans/broncos matchup...it's that my bank account is going to take a hit.

Just switched from the waterfront marriot to the inner harbor/camden yards. I hope you are right about team staying there!

last time in i went to game and team stayed at the waterfront- they swtiched to the inner harbor this time. got confirmation from my friend that works with the texans travel. Also a better location for us, b/c the waterfront is a couple of blocks from inner harbor and about 15-20 min walk to stadium. this one is in the shadow of the stadiums. good times to come!

Used to be if you wore your gear to the opponent's site you got a little good-natured booing or insults.
Now you have to wear Kevlar.
I love my team but not interested in dying for them.
Civilian threads on the road recommended.

    Light Rail

The Light Rail goes right next to the stadium. The stop is just north at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

    Enjoy the game! Go Ravens

Obryckis is closed except for airport locations... Otherwise, it's a fine suggestion. Remember, broiled not fried! Anyplace in Baltimore will have Crabcakes but avoid the fried!
