Buddy of mine is making shirts that say "One Mile Closer to God" with the D being the old Broncos logo. Pretty clever, bet he's making a killing. Kinda like these, only more awesome.
Tim tebow is the biggest draw in the NFL. Bigger than Brady, breed,Rodgers or anyone else. While most games ratings were down he drew 42 million viewers. If I was roger godell I would make sure the Broncos got through.
Mile High Magic. •His against-all-odds heroics brought CBS a mind-blowing 25.9 overnight rating, the best for a wild card football game in almost 25 years. •Sports websites staggered under an onslaught of hits. NFL.com reported views of videos in the hour after the game up 385% over Wild Card Sunday last year. •Tebow hit more than 1 million mentions on Twitter alone. Sunday night, the rate of tweets announcing the victory hit 9,420 per second. Oh and by the way......according to ESPN First Take, the official Nielsen rating for the last part of the Broncos vs. Steelers game was… (I kid you not) 31.6!
i love this kid. Oh, i'm an atheist, think he's an incomprehensibly bad thrower & am not in the least bit bothered by his "giving thanks" @ every chance. Insert "my mom & dad" for "my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ" & if it still bothers you, well...you have my respect.
True. Groogrux type individuals are the ones who hate this story and such negative, cynical, miserable people are in the minority, thankfully.
When the game really starts to slow down for Cam and front office brings in better players......Cam will be a lighting rod just like Tebow. Hopefully, the ills of society wont rear its ugly head.
I'm happy that your faith makes you feel better about yourself... No need to knock or generalize those that don't believe in your holy book.
Tebow is awesome, and he's probably going to become the most popular pro athlete in the entire world if he keeps winning. I'm talking Jordan/LeChoke/Tiger level of fame. Cam who?
If there is a Tebow in Houston showdown for the AFC championship (highly unlikely at this point), how much do you think tickets would cost? I will be in town, and that would make an excellent first Texans home game.
