I would go ahead and say Common is one of the best rappers ever. I mean he was doing pretty good before he got involved with Kanye. Resurrection, One Day It'll All Make Sense, Like Water Like Chocolate and Be. Lets not forget this is the same guy who buried Ice Cube.
One Day It'll All Make Sense Resurrection The new album The Dreamer The Believer is pretty dope as well. Finding Forever had top notch tracks as well. Common has put out great albums his whole career.
I side with Drake because apparently he thinks he's from Houston, which is cool with me. I like common, he's pretty good in Hell on Wheels also.

Common is one of those rappers, where if you aint bought his previous stuff, you really dont have an opinion... I like some songs Ive heard, I would be lying if I said I've bought his stuff... I dont recall any of my friends or family having his albums to listen to.... I can respect one's opinion on Common, but I dont respect folks that say he's a legend, only because they dont like the garbage out today.... It's like when I hear folks say Nas is the best ever.... That's ridiculous to me..... Like Ive said , Drake makes music...He's on regular rotation with the radio hits, and his collabo's are fiyah....

Common is hatin'...period. Pure Jealousy. Most people couldn't name 1 Common songs. I bet you most could name at least 4 or 5 or song's that he appeared on. Common is just trying to drum up interest in him...which is doesn't exist.
