    Hmmm, so Tmac has begun his "I'm out with minor injury and will need time to recup and need time to get back into game shape when I come back" just like he's done in the past. Only his fans are surprised...

    At this point who cares? He's playing on a crappy team, in a crappy conference. His performance will have no bearing on the Rockets at all.

    TMac's problem is his head. This guy can play at a very high level but he doesn't give you 1% of effort.

    whatever. that was in the past. but even now when you kinda have a feeling he wants to prove he can play he still steps on the court and give you no energy.

    Why should Larry Drew play T-Mac more than 8 minutes in a blow out when the schedule is as screwed up as it is?

    Get it into your heads, people: this guy is a old role player. Do not hold him to past expectations.

    That's pretty impressive.

    @parasolid, there's no point in T-Mac playing in blowouts. The Hawks need him in close games.

    I mean he clearly still has ability, but he just seems to be coasting all the danged time.

    That is T-Mac. He has always been like that.

    But let's not forget this schedule bothers every player. And it is only a beggining. So Drew may be doing a smart thing now. He saw what Tracy is capable of how he can score or creat shots in crunch times even against the best defenses in the NBA.

    What I am trying to say is that Atlant will be in the playoffs but maybe Drew is ALREADY preparing Tracy for the playoffs so that he is not using him when he doesn't need to as McGrady will be very important if Atlanta can battle in the playoffs.

    And don't forget he is already playing with a bumped/bruised knee so resting may only help with those injuries.

    Its sad how people like DaDakota do not realize how Tracy fans are a different fan base than Rockets fans in some cases. They go in here insulting Tracy and his fans and have fun doing it.

    Whereas if another forum was making fun of Hakeem or something, these same guys are outraged. "How could they?" "They're just haters!" "Why won't they leave us alone?" "They suck too."

    Yup. Hypocritical. Live and let live.
