I was trying to look up that ridiculous "What if Michael Vick was white" article because a friend wouldn't believe me that article/picture existed and searched "Michael Vick white" on Google and the first result was: Best guess for Michael Vick Ethnicity is Black Mentioned on at least 7 websites including go.com, time.com and cnn.com - Show sources - Feedback WTF?
Lol, you can click on feedback and tell them if it was accurate or not. I tried it with Obama, but it didn't work. Then I tried "Peyton Manning black," and it told me he was white. Not bad, Google.
The thing is not even working for actually racially ambiguous people. I've tried Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Kristin Kreuk, and Keanu Reeves to no avail.
What is the algorithm that triggers this? So far, the only ones that's worked for me is "Michael Vick white" and "Peyton Manning black". I tried "Eli Manning black" and it doesn't work. Google believes Eli is the black Peyton?
Steve Nash Samuel L Jackson Eminem Kobe Bryant Homer Simpson Michael Jackson I can't get it to tell me someone is Asian or Hispanic though... Edit: I did get it to tell me that Tommy Chong is Canadian-American
Good work! Repped. The funniest part is it guesses Michael Jackson as "African American" but guess Vick as "Black".
Uhh... did I miss something? I get Keanu Reeves, he's about as mixed as they come. KK is clearly part-asian, but I agree the rest of her is a toss-up. My thing is, who has ever confused JG-L with anything other than white bread?
He would have found something cooler or smarter to do with his millions than run a damn dog fighting ring.
