I have not watched but grand total of like 5 quarters but from what little I have seen I can say I have seen heart from almost everybody but Martin. Don't think he wants be here. I am not surprised the Rockets are this bad and I am hoping they will suck a lot more
This is just plain stupid. First everyone cried for Rockets to tank this season to get a good pick next year, and after really losing (you wished for it!) a few games to the elite teams in the league then everyone start to complain that players are soft and getting embarrassed of this team. Do you really think before you post guys?
I think we just ran out of gas tonight; that is all. But if you want to leave the fandom, anytime man. Peace.
Jordan Hill is 100% useless. Somebody please explain why he is a starter or even playing for the team Patterson has also been useless but has an excuse because of his surgery this summer.
I wish the end of 2012 would hurry up and get here so the world will end and I wont have to read garbage like this anymore!
What's with all the outrage? We knew what this season was all about. We got ****ed by Stern and Morey just decided to let this short season play itself out.
Hopefully we'll win the number 1 pick,& NY misses the playoffs & we wind up with the 6th pick. Then all of this would be worth it.
I've been through some bad seasons before - much worse than what this team is capible of. You will find more enjoyment once you settle into the fact that we are who we are. You'll have even more fun once the Scolas and Martins are traded for prospects and you watch Thabeet and team play 30+ minutes. Expectation of the L is the base. Ws are sweet and pretty funny when you tag one on another team with your prospects. But watching the young crew grow even with the L is entertaining. You have to have the right coach though that can keep the players motivated because constant Ls can wear on a team.
To keep it in perspective, every loss has been against a playoff team, or team projected to make the playoffs this year, and on the road, with several being back to back games. Sure last night was embarrassing, but the season is still early and most fans came into the season knowing this team is not a legitmate contender in it's current form, so losing to playoff teams on the road shouldn't be a surprise. Even a contending team would have a tough time with the schedule the Rockets have had so far. I'd be more mad if I was a Knicks fan with a team thinking they are going to contend and losing to the Bobcats at home. Of course if you are a pro-tanking fan, then you should be cheering these losses. I do sometimes wonder what McHale is thinking when he puts in lineups against big physical opposing front lines that involve Scola as the center.
We suck cause of Kevin McFail's rotation. Mcfail brought in jonny flynn in the 4th quarter. mcfail sucks at coaching. and our defense is very very very bad
No not at all. You should have been here during the early 80's after Moses Malone and before Ralph and Hakeem. With that being said the Rockets do have a problem that needs to be addressed and that is weak defense interior and exterior. That is not necessarily a coaching issue but a GM issue. If you make a whole bunch of weak defenders the core of your team this is what you are going to get.
I agree with this, but that is assuming that anyone in the young crew has the potential to be anything better than a marginal NBA player. I just don't see it. Who exactly are we going to have fun watching develop into an NBA star? Jordan Hill? Hasheem Thabeet? We have a team full of potential role players and trade assets.
