    Parsons plays hard.
T-Will played good defense tonight and actually hit some jumpers!

He moves around the court well and positions himself well. I like what I see from him tonight. Good defending, rebounding and aggressive on the boards. He deserves more PT right now.

Parsons played a decent game tonight. In reality he only scored 8 pts. (his last 3 came against the D-League All-Star Game in the 4th), and probably a couple of less rebounds than he ended the game with (D-League rebounds don't count), but definitely a solid outing. I'd like to see him get more minutes and see what he's capable of. He was the only one still running back down the court for defense after Flynn would inevitably turn the ball over at the end of the game.

And is it sad that he had the most dunks (2) out of any Rocket tonight, or what?! Come on!

I'm not even a Clippers fan, but the fact we're celebrating a nice dunk in midst of a horrible blowout, a laugher even, is something I find insulting. Is this what it's come to?

As Blake should say, "Scoreboard!" The Rockets need to quit worrying about numbers and highlights and try to figure out how to play defense and win on the road.

It wasn't yet a horrible blowout when the dunk happened. Clutch records and posts these highlights virtually as they happen.

The staredown was totally awesome! Parsons recognized the moment and maximized it.

I read Parsons has known Blake since they were 15, so its one buddy dunking on another. (Hence THE STARE!)

Parsons is going to have to fly home standing up after th a$$ whippin' the Rockets just took though! LMAO:grin::grin:

Exactly why i'm the kid's bandwagon. I hope he doesn't get lost in the mix because we're lacking star talent, but i think he'd be a great fit next to some stars. Hopefully that'll happen here and not somewhere else.

Dude, chill out, He usually puts up a video highlight during the game. I happened to be out working on the car so totally missed it. I'm glad the video posted even if it was done after the blowout.

What? C'mon man, I know the guy is white but damn give him credit for being a pretty good athlete at 6'9-6'10. True he is a smart player but he had two tip dunks and is fluid running the court. He won't win any dunk contests but he is a fluid athlete at his size.

I wonder if it will be a good move to replace Jordan Hill in the starting lineup with Parsons. Perhaps it's a little insane to make a SF in college your starting C (or starting PF if you like, and call Scola the C), but the guy's got decent enough height and athleticism, probably isn't much skinnier than the current starting C, and is a good enough rebounder (avg 7.8 per game as a senior in 34 minutes) to not lose much on the boards. He may be physically disadvantage on the defensive end, but seems to play with energy and should be able to spread the floor with both his 3 pt shooting and passing (4 assists a game as a senior)-- skills that will allow him to play the Chuck Hayes/Brad Miller high-post passer role.

Anyhow, despite Jordan Hill's improved focus, he seems to be a bad fit with the starting lineup. So, until the veteran Sammy D is ready for more minutes, perhaps the Rockets should just play Nelly-ball and put 4 3-point shooter into the starting lineup and see what happens.
