We were down by like what... 15?
McHale just gave up and started with the garbage time all stars.

He's just asking to get fired.

Starters got smoked in the 1st half and again to start the 2nd...needed to try something. Bench actually played well tonight, just not enough from anyone else.

I hope we see more of that. Why risk injury ? In addition this is the season to suffer Rockets fans. 1 stupid year......only 60 games left and a few months in order to have a chance for the next 5 years.

He's an idiot. We went on a run and he put in flynn, who had 20 turnovers in 5 minutes. He also took out dalembert who was playing with heart. He's just dumb. We should have hired sam I am. Honestly, I think he will get fired because les won't take losing

4 games in 5 nights may be why. Caught me as odd too, though.

Yeah the Rockets were outscored 15 in the first
Down 15 going into the 4th.

Which means Rockets at least played EVEN after the 1st quarter

I was wondering why there wasnt another effort for the starters to make a push

I'm thinking maybe he wanted to send a "message" to the starters

1st off... the team was down by over 20 pts.

2nd, with the exception of Lowry, the starters were giving zero effort on defense. I stood up and applauded Kevin McHale for taking those guys out. If you're not going to give effort on that side of the ball, you're not going to play... period.

    That should be the motto.

And then he put in Flynn and Adrien.

Flynn the turnover machine and Adrien the jackass who can't do anything out on the court...

Go check our plus-minuses and you'll find out why. He is not getting fired in a shortened season and first year of his contract. Our starters were the ones who gave up... in the first qtr. Is this really thread worthy?

The starters gave up yes. And mchale got it right benching those no hustle guys (even though klow hustled). But why go away from a unit that was giving it their all AND getting us back into the game? He subs out dragic and dally for flynn???? And adrien???? While we are down 15?????? Ridiculous
