    If Morey is still the GM, Houston would be a so-so team, not too bad, not good, forever.

    Morey pulled off a trade for Pau Gasol and had a deal in place for Nene, which immediately boosted the Rockets into a title contender and a 4th seed in the West. Then David Stern cheated.

    If David Stern didn't cheat, would you still want Morey fired? Did you want him fired after he traded air for Ron Artest?

    It's easy to get stuck in the NBA, rosters are so small and high end free agents only want to play for 4 teams. Morey isn't the problem.

    The only knock I have on him is that he's allowed the team to continue to wear the ugliest uniforms in pro sports.

    im sure we are quitely tanking but at the same time trying to remain conpetitive to bring in revenue.
