After gasol and bynum just dominated our front court. and after watching Randolph and the younger gasol have a field day against us, we need to do something different in our line-up specifically in the frontcourt. Jordan hill needs to come off the bench or something. Start dalembert to improve our defense.
This is one area where we miss chuck hayes.

I hate it when McHale goes small and puts Scola at Center, Orlando pulled away, and now the Lakers did too...it is a BAD combination....

Yea, we actually had an offseason plan for that.

    Turns out...nope.

We give up the most points in the paint.

McHale has to be disgusted watching how we get raped in the paint every night. I know he wishes he could suit up and get on the court.

The Rockets need a C better than Dalmebert to start.

The team has to be disgusted at McHale for not doing anything about it. He is horrible at on-the-fly lineup adjustments.

They need to play Thabeet some, got to get him on the floor if only to stand in the paint and block shots.

When McHale played the small ball lineup and zone against the Lakers in the 2nd quarter, we went on a run. That was the only time we used it.

    What's to complain about?

    Yeah we did.

    It was Gasol and Nene.

Looking at that now paired with Lowry...I tend to believe in JVG that that is a probably a top 4 seed in the west this year.

Too bad Stern F'd that all up.

Scola can't guard anyone. What can you do?

Dalembert is just fine at center, in fact, he needs to get more than just 18 minutes against two seven footers.

Having Martin shoot better than 5-17 and Jordan actually showing up would help a lot more.

That said, Rockets need another big to contribute and be more than just a jump shooter.

The last time I checked they don't make plays that magically grow our front-court a few inches and inject them with heart and aggressiveness.

That was with Bynum out.....it won't work down the stretch against the other teams best side.

He's not better than Hill. At least when Hill gets lost he's trying to stick to plays, know who his man is. On the other hand Dalembert doesn't care, he's like a mad rushing bull on too many occassions.

I get he's blocked some shots but people don't seem to be paying him enough attention more like hoping he's a miracle worker if he suddenly started.
