Question about "feedback" button.. (repping)

    I've been reading that there's a feedback option to the right of posts, that allows users to "repp" other users. However, I don't see it. Is it something that appears once you've been a member long enough?

    You need to get more posts under your belt to rep people. I dont know the formula, but it has to do with post count and rep points.

    When it started, only contributing members could leave feedback, but Clutch changed it so that once you receive a certain amount of rep points, anyone can leave feedback.

    Not really sure but I think it has to do with length of time you are here and number of reps. I just logged on one day and saw the feedback button next to every post.

    I thought it was something like 30 rep points for you to be able to rep.
