Wow hey I can understand why you don't agree with my prediction but mediocre? He has a rocket arm, pinpoint accuracy, good pocket awareness and track star speed. What's not to like?
2013? Bold Prediction: Jerry Jones trades his whole draft for the rights to RGIII ( I might be wrong)
I like the guy and am rooting for him, but i just have this feeling that he will not be as good as people believe. I think top 10 is a reach for him and it's only because the lack of quality QB's in the league. He's gotten way too much hype. He will be inserted as a starter immediately and quality of defenses he's going to face at the next level will be too much for him. It's just a prediction. I think Andrew Luck is too over-hyped too. But, i think he will be in that second tier of Qb's behind the super duper stars at least.
It's not a reach for him given how accurate he was short, middle and deep. He makes all the throws an NFL QB needs to make...and then some. He has world class speed..but he's absolutely a pocket passer.
What did I say about RGIII? I think I predicted 3 months ago he will go pro at the protest of Baylor fans Oh right, you're a dummy. oops.
Yeah I doubt he will really want, or have to make a living running. He has the arm to avoid it and the body to make it a bad idea.
You got the bolded part wrong. Have yet to see any BU fans express anything but well wishes to RG3. He has nothing left to prove at BU.
Good decison to go pro he had no where to go but down. He should be a top 10 pick.... Briles is a heck of a coach I think they will take a step back or two next year but they wont turn into the old baylor...
I still can't see him coming back...but I know you're all shocked to hear that ESPN's report jumped the gun, it seems. http://www.chron.com/sports/college...B-Griffin-remains-unsure-of-plans-2436146.php Baylor QB Griffin remains unsure of plans WACO - Despite a report Robert Griffinâ•©III will enter the NFL draft, Baylor's Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback has not made a decision. ESPN on Sunday quoted sources who said Griffin will declare for the draft before the Jan. 15 deadline. But Griffin told a Baylor sports information official he hasn't decided whether he'll go to the NFL or return for his senior year. Griffin's father also said the fourth-year junior is exploring his options. Griffin is projected to be taken early in the first round of April's NFL draft if he forgoes his senior year. "Whatever Robert does, he can't make a bad decision," said his father, Robert Griffin Jr. "He hasn't made his decision because he wants to talk to coach (Art) Briles first. From there, he will let people know." Griffin Jr. said his son will meet with Briles and his staff by the end of this week and plans to announce his decision by Jan. 10. Griffin Jr. said he's been exploring NFL options for his son and has gathered a list of five potential agents. "I've done a lot of research and gathered a lot of information," Griffin Jr. said. "There is so much for Robert to think about. It will be a very hard decision for him. He's going to have to marinate on it." Griffin would achieve a lifelong dream by going to the NFL, but he also feels a strong connection to Baylor. With Griffin passing for 295 yards and a touchdown and running for another score, the Bears outlasted Washington 67-56 in the Alamo Bowl on Thursday to complete a 10-3 season. "Robert loves Baylor," Griffin Jr. said. "Winning the Heisman gives him a very powerful connection to the school. Right now, he just wants to enjoy the bowl win. If he stays, there are still some things he can accomplish." Griffin had a spectacular season for the Bears as he completed a school-record 72.4 percent of his passes for 4,293 yards and 37 touchdowns. He also rushed for 699 yards and 10 scores. Griffin received his bachelor's degree from Baylor in 2010 and is working on his master's degree.
I didn't get anything wrong. sammy was all over my case for saying RGIII was already gone and there was no chance of him coming back.
There will be a million reports. The fact is his parents interviewed agents a few weeks ago as reported by Yahoo. ESPN is just looking to create stories.
You're taking it out of context. That was well before he won a Heisman and other awards. Ive known that he's a goner for a while now. You did say that Baylor was gonna lose 5-6 games this season and many proclaimed that there was no way that Baylor would finished ranked. Well, we're gonna finish in the top 10
Right, so I knew he was going pro before even baylor fans (which I obviously am not). So why am I being called out as a RGIII hater by whoever the hell Johnson2000 is?
You also knew that Baylor was going to finish the season with 6 losses. In other words, you were just guessing. I haven't seen you hate on RG III. Just Baylor. The Great called him a system QB in this thread. Some guy named Maximus or something said that he doesn't see first round talent in Griffin. Ziggy proclaimed TJ Yates as the better QB
If you want to bring predictions into this you had the Colts winning the AFC south. And all of my Baylor hate is based on their all of a sudden douche fans and tax wasting president.
