Did you compare T-Mac to Bernie Madoff? Really? I mean that's just laughable.

Yeah, it is. But what can you really expect? It was based off of some pretty r****ded logic (yours).

Ok. So T-Mac isn't a good person for going to Darfur and helping people there.

    I get it.

Don't blame me if real Rockets fans who paid their hard earned money came to the game and booed him. He gets booed in Toronto and Orlando.
There's no tinman on their basketball boards for you to blame.

How desperate are you to pull the charity card on him. I'm not going to give you all the facts again on why he left, but it was forewarned by Clutch that his exit with the Rockets would not be pleasant.

I'm glad you are at least policing your fellow TOFs, the one that claims Mike Woodson is the coach of the Hawks! hahahahahaha!

That just proves that Tracy fans just care about him more than giving a crap if the team he plays for wins or loses.Obviously they hate all the coaches too.

You forgot to mention Morey holding him out so Les could collect insurance $$$. Always thought the organization handled the Tmac situation just as bad as Tmac did

They were not booing the best Rocket player, they were booing an Atlanta Hawks bench player.

That's not true. After he forced his way out of the Houston Rockets, he requested to sit out games. He requested to bench for entire games also. Did he want the Knicks to collect more insurance money? I don't think so.

He was given some minutes to play with the Rockets. They wanted to play it by ear and work him in the line up.

What's funny, is that D'Antoni ended up doing the same thing as the Rockets. You can see that by his quote in the Grizzlies game, shortly after the trade. They wanted to play it by ear and work him in slowly, after it was clear that T-Mac was not fully healed.

February wasn't even over and Knicks media and fans were already clowning on him and calling him Knee-Mac.

Knicks fall to Grizzlies as T-Mac sits second half
    -------------------------------------------------------------

McGrady's surgically repaired left knee was just too sore, this time after he played 15:04 in the first half without scoring. The Knicks moved on without him in the second half, just as they might have to move on in the summer if McGrady doesn't prove to be a reasonable enough risk for next season and beyond.

Asked before last night's game what he expected from McGrady, coach Mike D'Antoni said: "We'll just play it by ear. We'll see how he feels. We're still in a feeling-out process with him, and him with himself. He's got to figure out how to condition his body, I guess. So it's going to be a little bit."

That bench player gave more to this franchise than any current Rocket player. Wanna doubt?

this is ironic coming from someone who says "booeing the best Rocket player of the decade because he was bad when he wasn't healthy". if you really think people dont like mcgrady b/c he wasnt healthy than perhaps you are the idiot.

All this drama was based on his health and injuries. Or maybe it was something else?

Did he say trade me out of here?
Did he say that Yao sucks and he costed him a season?
Did he say that Rockets are the worst franchise ever with the worst fanbase in all sports?
Did he say that he hated all Houston citizens when he was a child? (Hello, Lebron)
Did he say that he earn those max money and he don't care about what you are thinking of it?
Did he say that coach Rick is an old bum, Morey is a jerk and Les is a terrible owner?
    Did he?

Guy never wanted to leave Houston, never said anything bad about this franchise, fanbase or FO (even with all that drama around). That's a fact. And that's not quitting or whatsoever.

McGrady once called his former Orlando GM an *******. Did he say something like that about any rocket alive or about any guy that was around the team during that 6 years?

He just admitted that he wasn't right, that he was frustrated.

Yes, it's a quitting, real quitting.

Does he play for the Rockets? At a Rockets game, Rockets fans boo opposing players.
Don't blame me. I didn't tell them that RTM and the TOFs want you to cheer and cry from him like he's some leader of North Korea.

The Rockets fans have free will. Their free minds allowed them to do what was in their hearts.

I guess people overreacted a bit when he went to St.A Smith..................
I think deep inside people are just blaming him not getting us out of the first round and bringing that championship

I am at least man enough to admit that I was disappointed.
    Forget the drama.

But you still can't doubt what he did.

Even Clyde and Bill were cheering for him and were glad to see him healthy, despite the fact that they were telling that he's done last year

    That's called Respect

You never know anything about it, cause you never earned it in your life

    This is though.

And I would argue about him being our best player the last decade. Yao gave just as much if not more to this franchise plus he was huge factor in helping us win our first playoff series in a long time.

Everybody who knows what he does and what he did will cheer for him or at least stand up. The good outweighs the bad IMO.

    Hahahaha,

Bill Worrell. Did you hear him make that funny diss on Tmac during the preseason about the bench chairs? it was hilarious.

I don't what causing you to be all PMS about the booing.
He gets booed by Orlando and Toronto fans, and he got booed by Rockets fans last year.

What's the big deal? should be normal for tmac fans to understand that this happens... to him

It just felt like a bad situation. Him nearing his contract end....wanted to show the world what's left in the tank, coach doesn't want to rush and play him more than 8 minutes, Morey the asset manager........Alexander disappointed because the Yao-Mac project collapsed.
Everyone was coping with hard feelings.
Just a bad situation overall he landed himself again. Guy was a talker and he sort of backed it up half of the time just not enough for everyone.
In my opinion, he performed........earned his money........ whatever there was behind curtains, I don't care.....MOVE ON
