Obviously, the Texans did not care about winning the game...(who was the center at the end-lol) Tanking out the last gm may have been the right thing but it does not do good on the fan's eyes
No worries. We gift wrapped that game with a box on top so we can possibly match up against them next week. Our reserves played well against their starters and the fact that it was competitive without key players bodes well. Let's just hope Bengals lose and Raiders lose. Those games are definitely scarier for us.
And that's how you tank, Jaguars! I want mas Casey. His catch and the Braaa!man's helmet less tackle were my favorite plays from the game. Also, it was good seeing caldwell getting insync with the rest of the line.
NEWSFLASH: WE'RE PLAYING A ROOKIE 3RD STRING QUARTERBACK AND HAVE BATTLED INJURIES TO ALMOST ALL OUR KEY PLAYERS. even though i still like our chances against most of our potential 1st rd opponents, you need to lower your damn expectations dude.
yeah i've never understood why we've gone away from casey for so much of the season... he's a very versatile player.
and just because a team goes into the playoffs on a winning streak doesn't guarantee a playoff win. some fans really overrate momentum.
The Texans aren't good enough to tank games. Just a horrible last month by Kubiak going into the playoffs. He decisions have been ****ty going on 4 weeks now. Don't see how that changes in the play-offs. He's not a winner. Winners play to win all the time.
Remember how the Bengals tanked against the Jets to play them again in the 1st round the next week. The Jets beat the **** out of them again.
Dressen as he's prone to do, false started. Then the snap was fired over Delhomme's head. Should have gone for the EP after the penalty.
what exactly would be the point of that? the game is meaningless. go for 2 so you can go home without wasting time in OT.
