I Thought Flynn played way better than Dragic. If Dragics shot is not falling, he is almost useless. He's more of a undersized scoring guard than a point guard.

A Lin follower here. I had migrated away from this site to go over to the Knicks, but thought I'd offer one last thought. Personally, the decision to waive Lin and keep Flynn is understandable. In fact, Lin is in a much better position to continue his career by being in NY. There's no guarantee he will stick there as well, but the pg situation for the Knicks is really bad and the likelihood is that they will give Lin a few minutes of PT in the next few games to see what he can do. That's the best anyone can hope for him at this point. I must admit there's not enough visual evidence that he can be a PG, just a lot of hope and expectation on the part of fans. So, Happy New Year to everyone, hope someday we will see a Lin v Flynn matchup.

This just his averages. When you factor in his %s you will see he took a lot of shots to get his 13.5 ppg. Anyway totally not impressed with Flynn, I think out of all the pgs we have on the team Flynn is the most coachable, but for some reason the heart and character that he seems to have doesn't translate at all on the court. I have no idea why he has no shot, no d and below average playmaking abilities.

When are people going to drop this Jeremy Lin talk? Its not like he would be getting pt anyway. Good guy and he will stick on a team somewhere but we have no roster space for him.

Flynn didn't play well that game. It reminded me of some of the decisions Rafer Alston used to make. Rafer though gave up the ball more.

As far as your opinion of Jeff Adrein goes, you must not value defense. I can already tell the guy is a player. His 7-foot wing span causes havoc. He also knows who he is while Greg Smith is still figuring it out.

Dragic plays OK defense, can get his hand on the ball. Flynn's D is like AB's except AB was able to stick to his man.
