Please stop I'm about to throw up. Did you just compare Parsons to Tmac you have to be joking.

Better Parsons comparisons Ryan Bowen and the best comparison Luke Walton

LOL people do realize that pat pat is still on the team right? I watched parsons play last night and I have to say, he did ok, good effort, but wasn't really comfortable having scola playing C.

Ok lets see he can't handle the ball like Tmac, doesn't have the court vision of Tmac and can't shoot like Tmac. But besides that their just alike.

Was T-mac ever a great shooter? No, he was a great scorer. Why? Because his lift and explosion set him apart.

    FT 74%
    3pt 33%
    43% FG

You're kidding me if you think Parsons can't get those percentages. Those are not exceptional percentages for a shooter.

Court vision? Have you not seen Parsons play? He has really good court vision already, and with some experience and familiarity with his team he should be even better.

His dribbling is the only thing that may not be as good as tmac, but he's also no Ryan bowen or Luke walton in that area.

What you fail to see is that tmac's greatness came from his unique ability to lift and explode. His all around skills added to it, but without his lift/explosion what kind of player is he? The player he is now. Is it unfair to compare the current Tmac to Parsons? Is tmac so good now? Is he starting, playing 45 mins, winning scoring titles, and carrying teams? No, he's a bench rotation player, who plays about ~20 mins a game. The only difference is Tmac has years of experience to help him overcome some mobility issues, while Parsons lacks the experience, he doesn't have a busted knee, so those "cancel" each other out, still making them similar players.

Ok since your a newcomer to the game of basketball, I will be nice. Tmac was a tremendous shooter, his 3 point percentage and overall field goal percentage was what it was because he was taking contested shots. Tmac was the number one option if Tmac was a complimentary player in his prime his percentages would of been better. How many wide open looks would Tmac get. He was the focus of the defense.

Even if you disagree with me about the shooting ability of Tmac, you would have to admit that parsons was not even a good shooter at Florida. Parsons as a shooter is much closer to ryan bowen then Tmac. Parsons has a decent handle but compared to Tmac he has no handle. Parsons can pass a little but once again compared to Tmac not so much.

You are vastly over hyping Parsons and underrating Tmac

You made a horrible comparison and now you can not defend your laughable position. So your deciding to quit, smart move.

No. He decided it's not worth swapping posts with someone who can't understand the English language. I don't exactly care for such methods of associations in the manner of "player A is player B w/o an <insert really important skill>". But it is still correct English.

    Lets talk basketball.
Do you agree with him that Parsons is like a less athletic Tmac?

I think Gallo is a much better comparison than tmac.

Galo led the NBA before in 3s. Parsons is a questionable shooter

He seems to be scoring-oriented....does he pass well? Parsons is more of a point forward. The comparison to Tmac has to do with his all around skills, whih i don't think Gallo has? Parsons is a capable shooter, passer, ball handler, and defender.

Really funny post, you must not watch or research any basketball. Did you know that Parsons wasn't even a big scorer at Florida? 11ppg as a senior. Great comparisons guys he averaged 11 a game in college but were comparing him to a legit scorer in Galo and a ex superstar in Tmac.

Once again the guy scored 11 a game as a senior in college, Ryan Bowen and Luke Walton are more realistic comparisons.

I know. It's ridiculous. Parsons plays with too much fire to ever be compared to T-Slack.
