Can someone explain why PARSONS(as of late) gets more mins than.....

    He never should. Even if he can play slightly better right now. Mc Hale is a big dummy. If Parson is a good player its warranted. If its close in talent? Then Morris should take his minutes no matter what.

    Who knows it looks like Mchale is tanking. Playing Parsons over Morris is the definition of tanking. Rebuilding would be developing Morris, tanking is playing Parsons which = losing on purpose.

    Parsons seems to know the system already, which McHale mentioned very early on....im not sure Morris has picked it up as quickly.

    What if morris is a bust and parsons becomes a good player? Just because he got picked higher doesn't mean he should get more mins. Parsons has been playing well so he got the mins. Its like saying since hasheem was the 2nd overall pick so he should be getting more mins then anybody else on the team. Not to put morris down or anything.

    So...which pre-season game did Parsons score 20 points in? Oh yeah, he didn't do that. It was Morris.

    Just because you were a high lottery pick doesn't mean you automatically get playing time. You have to earn it and it. There is a lot we don't see in practice and we won't know his reasoning. But somewhere down the line he earned it.

    Tired of the "he's a lottery pick argument" just go look at all the lottery busts out there....nothing is guaranteed. You better show up to play all the time. practice and games.

    did you watch the game? parsons was hitting everything and also a couple of nice drives.. why wouldnt you keep him on? he was one of the few bright spots for the rockets.

    and if you did watch the game, why would you want the rockets to tank? its painful to see the team you support down by 20 +..
