    I actually thought about starting this thread around Thanksgiving because LL would have never started the albums of the year in December. Unfortunately, I got sidetracked and the thread didn't happen. Thank you for doing this and as long as I am posting on this board (which I plan to do for a very long time), I will ALWAYS make sure that this thread is done and done on Thanksgiving weekend.

    It is so weird not to see a post from him talking about some obscure post-rock band and showing youtube videos about it. I miss him and always will.

    I thought so as well. I didn't really understand the poster who wrote that it was a banner year for music, I didn't feel that way.
