I've had it with this guy. Parsons in his brief minutes has looked better than him in every way except Dunking. Chase is a great athlete but man, athleticism can only get you so far and he is so inconsistent. He needs to turn it around soon or he's done as far as the Rockets go.

Not sure what's wrong with him. He's been too passive so far.

    Maybe TWill scared him?

I think he's fine. He's been playing less because of Twill. Parsons looked good, but his shot's off. Who cares how well he does as long as somebody gets it done at the SF position.

His inability to hit a set shot jumper off the catch is the most amazing thing I have ever seen. For a white guy, I think we expected better than 43% from the field and 34% from 3.

We need him to have a solid game tonight. I wish Bud/Williams would play together a bit more. I think they are a match made in heaven.

They didn't need Bud to score last night. He only took 3 shots and was on the bench for most of the game. Look for him with his fresh legs to get a l lot more playing time and shots up tonight.

Bud is not going to be an effective starter in the league. I'm not knocking on him, just trying to explain to his die-hards that it is not in him.
He is most effective as a system-type player that gets you quality offense as the 7-8th man on the roster.
If you put him back on the bench with Dragic and Lee, he will perform fine.
Do not expect him to make a big step forward. He is a low potential guy.

But will make a nice shooter off the bench on a playoff team. He is only starting because after the Battier trade he was the least worst option at small forward. :)

Wow - the guy has played very solid defense, has taken a grand total of 8 shots, and folks want to string him up.

Maybe he was deferring to other teamates who were having a good shooting night?

Either way, he is a decent option as a starting or backup SF, we do not need him to be a main scorer, just a solid complimentary player, which he is...

Still if the team decides to move him in a trade to clear playing time for others, fine by me.
