Westboro Baptist planning to protest the game. They say that God sent coaches to rape little boys because he hates America. They also don't like UH because Houston has a lesbian mayor.

The Outback Bowl (Mich. St.-Georgia), Capital One Bowl (Nebraska-South Carolina), and Gator Bowl (Ohio St.-Florida) are all going to be played at the same time. As a result, they get the better slots on ABC, ESPN, and ESPN2 while the TicketCity Bowl gets relegated to ESPNU.

UH-Penn St. will probably be a better game than some of those other ones, but the TicketCity bowl is only in its 2nd year and doesn't have the clout to get better TV coverage. It's the price you pay for trying to play after New Years.

    [rQUOTEr]Cotton Bowl Stadium in Dallas, TX January 2, 2012 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM

WBC will picket the TicketCity Bowl between Penn State and Houston University to remind this nation that God Hates america and sends raping coaches as a curse for this nation's rebellion.

Penn State is like all of the universities in doomed USA: full of proud, fornicating, brutish sinners, bowing down to college sports. That's why Jerry Sandusky had full reign to rape little boys, under the noses of the likes of your hero Joe Paterno and his bosses. Now, a little bit of truth has come out about the grotesque sin that goes on all over this nation under the heading of 'higher education,' & the lethargic, hypocritical media are lying in wait to see whether others at Penn State will be axed. Paterno should have told about Sandusky's filth; instead, he mercilessly covered it. But just as Paterno neglected his duty to cry out against great evil, so do the media; they should use every bit of influence they have to unearth & cry against the great sins of this nation. Instead, they teach sin. Shame on all of you! God has cursed this nation with raping priests, raping coaches, raping marines, and various other violent, dangerous brutes as your 'leaders' and 'heroes.' WBC has warned you for over 20 years, picketing on your campuses to raging mobs: repent or perish! You didn't, and now you're reaping what you sowed. Thank God! We pray for more! If any among you fears God, come out from amongst this perverse nation, & obey Him.

Houston, meanwhile elected a dyke for Mayor. In yet another curse for your proud rebellion the Lord curses this nation with the basest of leaders![/rQUOTEr]

Then, many of us are going to need a link, because my cable provider offers no such channel.

Are you able to watch games on ESPN3.com? They should be streaming the game there.

Those WBC weirdos have come to campus before. It's pretty entertaining/offensive. I'm not sure if I'll have more fun tailgating or watching them degrade everyone.

Anyway, Coogs win 38 - 31. Keenum won't allow a loss in his final game for Houston.

well, UH doesn't exactly have momentum on their side, after they COOG'D IT vs. Southern Miss and couldn't even win C-USA. Then to make matters worse, their coach left them in favor of coaching a team that has 1 bowl win in the last 15 years (A&M).

I'll take PSU in this one. If UH can't compete vs. Southern Miss (really their only quality opponent of the season, aside from when an injury riddled Rice squad trucked them in the first quarter), how the hell are they going to compete vs. Big 10 talent?
