I just wanted to say that its great that we get this back-to-back-to-back out of the way after a two day break (we didn't play in opening night either) and this early in the season when we have fresh legs (and an eager Patpat back).

This will be a tough one. I still think the Rockets can continue their domination of the Grizz.

I also think they should start Hill and Dally together. The bulk of Memphis's scoring is in their frontline. They should try their best to slow Gasol and Randolph down.

Has anyone tracked the team jet to see when they landed?

This game will be a lot closer than the Spurs game. We have a good chance to win, especially with Conley out.

To me that Patrick Patterson being back in our lineup solidifies this teams rotations. He will be a very important Rocket to have a change up on defense for Scola. Him and Dalembert could make a huge lockdown front court on defense.

I look at this team. Its

    Patterson
    Lowry (perhaps a budding star)
    Scola (close to allstar level)
Martin(on same level as other allstar PFs voted in)
    Dalembert
    Lee
    Dragic

All solid guys who could start in this league. Very underrated. By the end of this year it could include Parsons, Morris, Hill, or Budinger on that list. Morey has not gotten a star but what he has gotten is under appreciated by the league. Thats why I get on him because he cant sell that talent to others to get a bigger peace to the puzzle when he wants to make a deal. Part of being a GM is highlighting the talent. Mc Hale is helping him out more this year than Adelman did in the past. So far.

A bad note is we lost Chuck Hayes, who has been key in all our victories against the Grizzlies last season when it came to slowing down Gasol and Randolph.

A plus note is we have Sammy D, who has been bringing down the defense on every team we've played so far.

Another plus note is we have Lowry, the ultimate Grizzlies killer.

Teams are actually shielding themselves against the plots of Morey.

So we can use up all our fouls in the first half?

If Rockets do not win, the Spurs win does not mean much. We'll have to beat the Hawks just to break-even and they are one of the best looking squads right now.

Well they did knock out the Spurs, dont understand your easy win statement. You either underate them or overate us as we tend to always have close games. Easy win?

This is going to be a good test. Memphis is looking for its first win, and is desperate for one. Let's see how we respond. This would be a more impressive win than the Spurs win (we're on a b2b too)
