I don't think Hill or Dalembert get the D schemes. Parsons is said to impress coaches with how quickly he picked up plays. Put to for more help on defense for the Cs?

If Parsons can play as well as a former #25 ,Robert Horry, I'll be very happy.

Our 2nd team with Hill hurts to watch. Defense isn't shifting to pick up the swing (too many wide open 3's by Spurs). Hill isn't blocking out for rebounds at all and our defensive rebounds always look like free for all. I like the effort by the team, but there's been a lot of times where multiple rockets have been fighting each other for the rebound and it makes me think they have poor spacial awareness to know who is around them. Also, Hill really needs to understand that he's a center. He's getting ball dropped down to him and then he slows down way too often. He's young, he's not Duncan, and he has pretty terrible hands. Get the ball and start your move or dish it out; when he brings the ball down to his knees or to the ground I cringe on how he's going to screw up.

I understand it's early in the season, but we've had practices and some of these problems aren't overly complex.

We lose our lead when the Spurs have in their second unit. It's going to be hard to regain it when they put their starters back in.

Jordan Hill is just too light to cover centers and bigger PFs, can easily be backed in, doesn't have good positional base

We need to trade Hill while he still has some positive value.

Either Splitter has improved a lot or Pop is stupid for not playing him in the playoffs against the Grizzlies.
