Apollo Paint and Sign in Pasadena on Spencer Highway. They printed a custom shirt for me for Halloween in less than 24 hours, for 12 bucks. Worked with them many times in the past, you can haggle prices with them and they do great work. It may be a drive, but they're worth it.
