OP may have missed this, but the Rockets did have an intricate plan on how Kevin Martin was not going to be here anymore... which was foiled.

I'm saying no, because I like to give Kevin the benefit of the doubt though if he plays one more game like this I want him gone. He pulled a big T-mac today and if not hitting your shots is one thing, but giving up that easily on defense is inexcusable. If they keep him on and he does get better I still would like the Rockets to go after Iggy one more time. Maybe Dalembert can talk to his buddy ;)

People easily forget that Martin was a 26th pick, he already overachieved....
In comparison Iguodala 9th pick and Gasol 3rd pick.....

    Andre Iguodala.

    Martin+Budinger

    to the Minnesota RickRuler's

    for

    Mike B-Eazy/Wes Johnson + a future 1st

That seems like a plausible scenario.

I wish we could get Williams or Love though!

Scola is a machine. Seriously, his D isn't as bad as most people think it is. At least he is trying!
His game is so smooth though, I love the guy!

I like Scola too. The guy does try his heart out, but lets not lie to ourselves. He was brought in to compliment Yao. With the big guy gone, Scola's lack of defensive presence has been exposed. Great guy, just not the right for for this team anymore. But hey, whatever nets us a higher draft pick! Either way I can't wait to watch them whoop on the Spurs in person. As long as we win the series vs. them, I'll consider this season a success!!!

Kmart of Al Jefferson. Makes sense for both teams. Jazz have the 4 and 5 covered already and I don't see how Jefferson fits in. Kmart wants out and we have c. lee who can play that position. Al Jefferson can play the 5 and can score and rebound well. He is not good at D, but who on the rockets is?

The fascination with Iguodala in the GARM fascinates me.

Having said that, there's nothing on this roster I wouldn't trade if it meant getting high draft pick(s) in 2012.

It's a lateral move. Iguodala would bring fans to cheer for him because he defends and his offense is not as bad as Martin's defense. Plus he has an allround game.

I was highly in favor of dealing Martin for Iguodala last year, but I feel it wouldn't be in our best interests now. Lowry and Williams are also "jack of all trades" types who can create with the ball, and it would be a tad redundant for the team to acquire Iguodala now, and possibly detrimental for T-Will's development.

Minnesota isn't trading Love for middle age players like Martin and Scola, lets clear that up. He's their young centerpiece. They're looking to move an asset in their perimeter logjam - most likely Beasley and/or Randolph. I'm not interested in either.

I say move Martin for picks and a serviceable SG who can handle backup SG duties to Lee. It has become evident that we have too many players worthy of PT, and bringing in more guys isn't the answer. Lets get some studs out of this 2012 draft.
