I would kind of like them to go forward THIS year. Kind of tired of "future talk."

I would love for us to win as many games as we can in the playoffs also, it's not like it's impossible. Just unlikely given the fact that our Pro Bowl-caliber QB is out for the year. Honestly that's probably the reason why this thread was started in the first place, just to give us some perspective on what's going on with the Texans just in case we do lose early in the playoffs.

Hope Manning comes back in old form, the Colts trade the Luck pick for a bunch of good players next year, and we come in with our finally healthy team and beat the s*** out of the Colts in Indianapolis en route to a #1 seed in the Playoffs next season.

Why is HOUSTON a +3pts underdog at home vs Tenn?

Why would we rest players and risk losing 4 in a row goin into playoff...

Heard AJ80 was surpose to be back before playoff....

This is vs Tenn of all teams ...

Is Vegas expectin' us to take it easy on this game?

I was watching the Texans videos on the website. JJ Watt decided to go in for a haircut.

That's the point. They went forward with this team this year. Even with all the back breaking injuries. Last I checked, making the postseason for the first time ever = going forward.

Another bright sign for the future. There is a legendarily good free agent wide receiver class this year. Here's a few:

    Wes Welker
    Dwayne Bowe
    DeSean Jackson
    Steve Johnson
    Reggie Wayne
    Pierre Garcon
    Marques Colston
    Robert Meachem
    Mario Manningham
    Early Doucet
    Deion Branch

A lot of them are looking for big paydays, but some of them will be looking for any chair when the music stops.

Wow, I don't know if we will have the money considering that we have to resign Mario and Foster. I Would love to add a few of those guys

This team has had talent for some time now, the coaching is where they are lacking....0-10 in Indy, 0-3 vs baltimore, and then to win the AFC south when every team has a new QB ain't worth a parade

I think Meachem or Doucet can be had on the cheap. I'd ideally like Colston, but those two offer either size, hands, and toughness.

Reggie Wayne would be awesome! and the Colts doesnt have a lot of money if they decide to keep Manning and Luck.

I'd love to have Welker, but I can't imagine NE would piss Brady off and let him walk.

Reggie Wayne is 33 years old and Welker is 30 years old. We need to get a #2 WR that will be here after AJ retires. I would prefer to get -

    Steve Johnson 25
    Dwayne Bowe 27
    Marques Coleston 28

Of course we would have to let Mario go to sign some of them.

As great a defensive player Mario is, I'd venture that a WR is more important to the team's success. T.J. would have looked a whole lot better if we had Andre or a Coleston type of receiver last game, plus imagine if next year we had both ! !....(preferably all year)

I hope we go to maybe the AFC championship game in the playoffs, (I at least expect to get to the second game) but if we don't I am content with the accomplishments when you consider the devastating injuries ..and the fact next year we should be sitting a lot prettier.

If we don't get a wide receiver in the first few rounds, I guess we'd have to lose Mario for a veteran wide receiver.

Mario just dominates, and he was playing unbelievably well before he got injured. I love Brooks Reed, but he has nothing on Mario. Hopefully we get to keep him and get a wide receiver or two from the draft.

Our defense right now is very good, but it still can improve by a good amount.

Even Aldon Smith is ahead of JJ
